Gianpaolo is an architect and builder who brings valuable project experience drawing on a diverse background in property and construction with a strong track record. Having a reputation for designing homes that are unique, and following best practice, he draws on both the client's and architect's imaginations to create something that is truly unique and personal to the needs of each person.

Positioned at the intersection of architecture, construction, and finance, he has played a key role in delivering Disability, Affordable, and Social housing projects across Western Australia in collaboration with various nonprofit and Community Housing organisations. Gianpaolo is also an active Board member of Spectrum Space, a not for profit organisation who run highly successful social programs as well as provide training and education to a wide variety of sectors including employers, educators and government agencies.

With over 30 years’ experience in the property, accounting and financial services sectors across Australia, Paul brings invaluable expertise to his business. Paul has been delivering affordable and social housing solutions for 25 years and he has delivered properties in the NRAS and NDIS space for 10 years.

Paul has also delivered projects in tourism, commercial and residential sectors. In more recent times, Paul is focussed on SCO projects in WA; and will be for the foreseeable future.

Michael is a CPA and is hands on with finance and operations activities in the group. His focus is on business growth and cash flow management, as well as delivering technology through his associate company Roaming Technologies.

Courtney manages G Living’s diverse property developments, with a strong emphasis on Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). As a licensed real estate representative, he is passionate about helping people maximise both their living outcomes and property investments.
